Turners Corner General Store

If you go to the north GA mountains to ride, make it a point to stop by Turners Corner General store. Owner Seth Hunt has created something of a cycling oasis in the heart of the gaps cuntry. Seth is a cyclist and has worked hard to make sure he stocks a variety of biking essentials including spare tubes, bars, gels, drinks etc.. They have a snack bar as well with BBQ and other tasty post ride refueling options as well as plenty of cold beer (if you're there on a non-Sunday). They also have a safe parking area for cyclists behind the store. The store is located on Hwy 9/19 just before Hwy 129.This is a great starting point for the front gaps in either direction and a good place to stop on the way home from the back gaps.
